General Eligibility Criteria
For B.Tech / B.E. (UG)
- Must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized board
- Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects in Class 12
- One of Chemistry / Biotechnology / Biology as an additional subject
- Minimum 45% aggregate marks (40% for reserved categories)
- Valid score in JEE Main / CET / COMEDK or equivalent entrance test
- English as a compulsory or elective subject in 10+2
For M.Tech / M.E. (PG)
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Technology or equivalent
- Minimum 50% marks in the qualifying B.E. / B.Tech degree
- Valid GATE score preferred by top institutions
- State-level PG entrance test scores (e.g., AP PGECET, TANCET) accepted
- Some colleges offer direct admission based on merit
- Work experience may be considered for certain specializations
