General Eligibility Criteria
For 5-Year Integrated LLB
(BA LLB / BBA LLB)
- Must have passed Class 12 (10+2) or equivalent from a recognised board
- Minimum 45% marks in Class 12 (40% for SC/ST/OBC reserved categories)
- Must be under 20 years of age as on 1st June of the admission year
- Any stream — Science, Commerce, or Arts accepted
- Qualifying score in CLAT / AILET / CUET / LSAT or relevant state entrance
- English as a compulsory subject in Class 12 preferred
- Correspondence / distance LLB not recognised by Bar Council of India
For 3-Year LLB
(Post-Graduate Entry)
- Must hold a Bachelor's degree from any discipline from a recognised university
- Minimum 45% marks in graduation degree (some colleges require 50%)
- No strict upper age limit for 3-year LLB in most colleges
- Qualifying score in CLAT / CUET LLB / university entrance test
- Direct / management quota admissions available at certain colleges
- Final-year graduates may apply provisionally
- LLB course cannot be pursued on a part-time or correspondence basis
For LLM
(Post Graduate)
- Must hold an LLB or BA LLB / BBA LLB degree from a recognised university
- Minimum 50%–55% marks in the qualifying LLB degree
- Admission via university LLM entrance test or merit basis
- Specialisations: Corporate Law, Criminal Law, International Law, IPR, IT Law
- LLM duration: 2 years (full-time) divided into 4 semesters
- Work experience as an advocate is an added advantage
